Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with referral partners and local businesses
- Network with property managers, HOAs, contractors, landscapers, builders, and commercial contacts
- Attend networking events and community functions
- Generate qualified leads through partnerships and outreach
- Follow up with potential clients and referral sources
- Represent the company professionally in the field
- Help expand brand presence within the local market
Qualifications
- Strong people and communication skills
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Comfortable meeting new people and building relationships
- Organized with good follow-up habits
- Sales, customer service, or networking experience preferred
- Experience in irrigation, landscaping, or construction is a plus
Compensation
- Hourly pay or base pay + performance bonuses
