Join the growing team at Conserva Irrigation Tallahassee! We provide smart irrigation solutions that save water and money for homeowners and businesses. We’re looking for Irrigation Technicians (entry and experienced) who are reliable, customer-focused, and eager to grow their careers.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair irrigation systems
- Install and upgrade smart controllers, rotors, sprays, and drip lines
- Perform inspections and seasonal services
- Deliver great customer service on every job
- (Level 2) Lead troubleshooting, mentor junior techs, and support system upgrades

What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license & clean record
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather
- Level 1: Strong work ethic, willingness to learn
- Level 2: 2+ years irrigation/landscape experience
Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
