What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair irrigation systems (valves, manifolds, controllers, flow sensors)
- Install new components, including drip and micro-drip systems
- Assess system efficiency and recommend improvements for water conservation
- Interact with customers professionally to explain repairs and upgrades
- Participate in ongoing training through Conserva University and industry events
- Work independently, but collaborate as part of a dedicated team

Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional irrigation experience
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Clean driving record required
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a positive team player

Compensation: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
Conserva Irrigation is constantly looking to add the best irrigation and sprinkler repair professionals to our team. We have open job positions all over the country for irrigation sales, field technicians, as well as office and administrative team members.
