Conserva of Greater Denver is looking for a self-starter, hardworking technician who wants to grow the business and their career.

The right ambitious candidate will have a great attitude, the ability to effectively communicate and consult with customers during each appointment, and Junior Technician irrigation skills and experience.

BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION

$18.00 – $22.00 per hour + monthly bonuses valued at 10% of wages
Paid weekly
24-40 hours a week, 8am-6pm Monday – Saturday full day and half-day schedules

TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES

· Perform residential system audits and assessments

· Replace irrigation heads and nozzles

· Fix drip, lateral and mainline leaks

· Move irrigation heads to improve system design

· Perform residential and commercial system repairs

Activating and Winterizing irrigation systems

QUALIFICATIONS

· Must be 21 years of age to apply

· High School Diploma or equivalency

Colorado Driver’s license in good standing with the ability to be insured on our policy
Background check, work authorization required
Results-oriented and motivation to earn production bonuses
Great attitude with a desire for growth
Ability to work regular physical labor outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
